Surroundings

The Kalkbreite Cooperative is located in district 4, in the middle of Zurich. Within five minutes walking distance, you can be at the pulsating Langstrasse or at the Wiedikon train station with connections in all directions and a direct train to the central station and the airport. Stores, bars, restaurants and an in-house cinema in and around the house provide variety.
The Guesthouse Kalkbreite is part of the Kalkbreite Cooperative housing development, which is developing participatory forms of living (find out more at www.kalkbreite.net). Tip: Visit our green courtyard with a playground. Enjoy a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. Living here, you are part of our small urban neighborhood.

Arrival

Kalkbreite is a car-free settlement and we are happy if our guests arrive via public transportation. The tram stop “Kalkbreite/Bhf. Wiedikon” is directly in front of the building and can be reached by trams 2 and 3, or bus 32. Wiedikon train station is a five-minute walk away.
